About this event

As South Korea advances its K-GX strategy toward carbon neutrality, the energy transition has become a central policy priority. Regions undergoing structural change face both challenges and opportunities for investment and economic revitalization through clean energy.

This high-level session explores how policy finance, grid modernisation, and subnational leadership can accelerate Korea’s coal-to-renewable transition and support regional growth. Bringing together government, financial institutions, and international partners, the discussion will focus on practical tools to mobilise investment in renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrial electrification.

Session Language

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided to and from English and Korean.
