Maryam Raza is a recruiter at SFOC, serving on the Talent Acquisition Team. She majored in Political Science and International Relations at Kyung Hee University and has developed a strong interest in the role of recruitment in aligning organizational goals with clearly defined responsibilities. At a major Korean corporation, she managed recruitment operations, resulting in the hiring of 121 candidates and the coordination of 56 interviews. She also served at a government-affiliated agency under the MOFA, where she was involved in the full recruitment process - from drafting job descriptions to reviewing approximately 200 applications and designing the interview framework - ultimately supporting the selection of overseas personnel. Even within resource-constrained environments, she has demonstrated the ability to manage applicant pools systematically while ensuring a stable and well-structured recruitment process. Maryam oversees the practical operation and coordination of recruitment activities, creating opportunities to connect with individuals who share SFOC’s mission and are committed to growing together with the organization.
